The Eastcoast Group manages 6x one bedroom apartments on the 6th floor of the Manly National Building. Colin Stokes provides check-in services for the Eastcoast Group.  

Located in the heart of the Manly Township there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within minutes of the apartments.  
Manly National is not a traditional timeshare ‘Resort’ nor is it a hotel.  Facilities you may expect at a traditional timeshare resort or hotel are not available.  There are no activities organized specifically for timeshare guests. The location simply provides accommodation for guests to explore the beautiful Manly area and greater Sydney.  The Manly National building houses private residences, offices and shops.

Late arrival: If you cannot check-in prior to 5.00pm on Friday you must contact Eastcoast Member Services on 03 5985 6166 (Mon-Fri 9 to 5) to arrange after-hours access to your apartment. "Keys" will be issued by mail so advice must be given at least 2-weeks prior to your departure. 

Emergency Access - Guests who fail to make arrangements for late access and who arrive at Manly National outside office hours (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm) can call Colin Stokes on 0439 590 884 for assistance.  If Colin has to attend the site a non-refundable charge of $100.00 is payable to Colin at the time of service.  This fee is not negotiable.

Cots and highchairs: Not available at this property. 

Security Deposit: It is a resort requirement that the guest checking-in must be 18 years or older. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 in the form of credit card number/expiry is required at check-in.

Disabled facilities: Manly National can accommodate guests with moderate physical disability however it is essential you speak with Member Services to discuss your particular needs and assess the suitability of the accommodation. Wheelchairs are not suited to this property.

Transfers from Sydney airport to Manly:

Train and ferry from Sydney Airport terminals (approx. 1hr)

For the most scenic & pleasant route to Manly from Sydney Domestic Terminal (or Sydney International Terminal), follow signs in the arrival areas to 'Airport Trains' & take ‘Macarthur to City via Airport’ or ‘Sydenham' service to Circular Quay.  Ferry terminals can be seen as you exit the station - go to Manly Ferry counter to buy your ticket.  The ferry ride is one of the highlights of any trip to Sydney!  Make sure your luggage has wheels for the short 3 block walk from Manly Wharf to Manly National Building.

Unit Description

Manly National Timeshare apartments were freshly renovated in October 2013. All 6x one bedroom apartments are fully self contained.  Each has one bathroom and whilst ideal for two, will sleep a maximum of 4 persons.  There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge.  

Features: Reverse cycle air-conditioning, flat screen TV/DVD, kitchen (microwave oven, electric cook top, dishwasher), iron/ironing board, all linen and bath towels are provided.
